      Wednesday Morning Birding

Now in its 23rd year, Wednesday Morning Birding gives birders of all skill levels excellent exposure to the hot spots in one of the most productive birding areas in the country. Each Wednesday throughout the year (except July), we'll focus our field trip on the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, Plum Island, the Merrimack River estuary, and other locations around Essex County. Since we like to go where we'll find the most exciting birds, we'll explore Cape Ann on these Wednesdays: November 28, December 12, January 9, February 13, and March 13. Preregistration is not necessary. Four-trip special: $42 members, $51 nonmembers. Trips need not be consecutive for special price. Please call or email to sign up for the Wednesday Morning Birding email list. Instructions and Directions: Meet at Joppa Flats Education Center. Please wear weather-appropriate clothes and sturdy footwear, and bring binoculars, spotting scopes, and snacks or lunch. Registration not required. For your own security, DO NOT send credit card information via email. For more information, contact: Audience: Adults. Members: $14.00; Nonmembers: $17.00.
