Brigham and Women’s Hospital is offering Prenatal Yoga Classes! These are beginner friendly classes, all levels are welcome. Classes will focus on breath work and gentle exercises intended to increase mind-body awareness, improve flexibility, and support muscle tone during pregnancy. Mats and props will be supplied. The class is free and open to all, but registration is required. Class space is limited, so register early! The class will be 45 minutes long from 12:15-1:00pm on Tuesdays. The class is held in the Wellness Center; the 3rd Floor Porch of the Shapiro Building, which is 70 Francis Street.
