      A dynamic practice and moving meditation, with an emphasises on a powerful connection to the breath in combination with mindful movement and strength building poses to to reawaken the body, calm the mind and improve flexibility. This multidimensional yoga practice draws upon elements of Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, Kundalini, Pranayama and Meditation to leave you feeling strong, grounded, empowered and ready to take on the day. ( 60-min All Levels Class with Mild Heat)

      Dress in yoga pants, fitted shorts, tanks, or tees that are comfortable, breathable and/or water wicking. Complementary high quality mats and towels provided. Water bottles are available for purchase for $1. You are also welcome to bring your own.
