      Tuesday evenings 7 p.m. and/or Saturdays 12:30 p.m. Drills 'n Skills Belly Dance Class with Melina

      Melina's Drill 'n Skills Belly Dance Technique Class class meets on Tuesdays from 7 - 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 12:30 - 1:30. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE MOODY STREET CIRCUS GOOGLE CALENDAR BEFORE YOU COME TO CLASS IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER OR STUDIO CLOSINGS.

      Drop in for $20 per class, or purchase the 10-class card here, good for any of Melina's Daughters of Rhea group belly dance classes at the Moody Street Circus location.

      If you purchase a card here, it will be ready for you when you show up to your first class.

      You do not need to pre-register for class, you can just show up.

      Credit cards are not accepted at the studio, only online here.  Checks and cash are accepted in the studio.

      Waiver forms must be signed by participants prior to participating in class.

      DRILLS 'N SKILLS, Melina's Belly Dance Boot Camp class

      Hone your belly dance technique with Melina's killer drills 'n skills class.

      In the drills 'n skills class we work on specific belly dance movements, grace and transitions so that when you do choreographies you are doing them with your best possible technique.  Everyone learns at a different pace, its all about the journey and enjoying the dance.

      We use Melina's Magic Wands to hone our isolation skills, work on posture and body alignment, and stretch our side bodies for ultimate snakiness.

      We strengthen our thighs and work feet and ankles to ensure graceful slow work and luscious mayas that are in our control.

      We work on muscle control exercises for maximum clutch and release mastery.

      We shimmy with layering to release toxins and promote exhilaration.
