      Summer Desserts

Summer desserts should be bright, fresh, a little whimsical and a breeze to put together. We've got four that fit the bill. For celebrations and hot nights, you'll learn to make Raspberry-Pistachio Meringue (an updated Eton Mess) and Coconut Tapioca Pudding with Mango, two beautiful desserts that require no oven. For elegant ease, Ginger Lime Finaciers come together quickly and present a pretty plate. Last, Triple-Chocolate Almond Cookies are perfect treats to end a picnic dinner or day at the beach.
