      Milk Street Tacos

At the Milk Street Cooking School, we use tacos to illustrate our cooking theory because, quite simply, they are the perfect food. In this class, we'll harness both their theoretical and gustatory powers as you learn to make three fantastic tacos from filling to toppings. You'll also discover how our signature cooking theory works and become a better cook along the way. All in 2½ hours. That's the power of a taco. The tacos featured in this class are Tacos Al Pastor, Fish Tacos with Lime-Pickled Jalapenos, and Orange-Guajillo Chili Pulled Chicken. We'll also make Scotch Bonnet Slaw for a fiery (optional) side dish or taco filling. This is a hands-on cooking class led by Milk Street instructors Catherine Smart and Deb Steinfeld.
