      Boston Temple Grounds/Gardening Workshop

      Come learn and grow at the Boston Temple with your fellow garden enthusiasts!  Paul Ferrin, Grounds Supervisor of the Boston Temple and Massachusetts Certified Horticulturist, is offering two sessions of a fun and informative gardening workshop on the beautiful grounds of the Boston Temple. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about important spring gardening tasks as well as about the various flowers, trees, bushes and specialty vegetation that beautify the Boston Temple grounds, making it a virtual Garden of Eden in our own backyard. Topics discussed will include lawn care, plant selection, flower bed layout, and how to spot and prevent disease and other troublesome conditions that could ruin your landscape. Use the "Select a Date" drop-menu on the right side of the page to select the workshop time that works best for you: Friday, May 24, 2019 from 10am to 12pm  -  *THIS WORKSHOP IS FULL* or Friday, May 31, 2019 from 10am to 12pm Then click the green "Register" button and follow the instructions. A temple recommend is not required to participate in this workshop. This event is appropriate for adults and for youth ages 11+ when accompanied by a responsible adult.
